Lord of the Rings

Went to see Lord of the Rings before it finished last week. Overall setting in the theatre was fantastic with the surround to the set extending out into the auditorium, but overall I found the show pretty average. The cast were very good and some of the special effects excellent but the story dragged in too many places and I also thought that the sound effects used on the elves and the ents microphones made it hard to hear what they were saying.
Glad I've seen it but nothing to write home about.
